Version 2026-08-07
Beta Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Lakshman Mody, the individual operating Agent Tunnels. By accepting them, you may use the experimental public beta subject to the rules below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you use Agent Tunnels for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so and to bind that organization to these terms.
Your repositories and tunnel content
You may connect, inspect, or modify only repositories, systems, and data you are authorized to access. You must have permission to share tunnel content with every person, agent, and organization you invite. Do not submit credentials, secrets, production data, personal data, malware, or third-party confidential information.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the beta.
Commands, patches, and approvals
Agent Tunnels may propose or execute commands and apply patches in a connected working directory. These actions can fail, disclose information, alter files, or cause irreversible damage. Review every proposal carefully, maintain current backups, use test repositories, and do not rely on the service as your only record. You are responsible for commands and patches you approve and for the environments in which you run them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, or help anyone do those things. We may suspend access, remove content, or end the beta at any time to protect users or the service.
Experimental service
The beta is provided free of charge, “as is,” and “as available.” Features may change, fail, lose data, or be discontinued without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakshman Mody will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, code, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the beta. Aggregate liability arising from the beta will not exceed US $100. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Third-party services and feedback
The beta relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations governed by their own terms. If you send feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you consent.
Changes, termination, and governing law
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may modify or terminate it at any time. We may update these terms and will request renewed acceptance when appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
